-Consult with the development and implementation of KPI (Key Performance Indicators) to identify improvement areas within a business's processes, logistics, and revenue.
Validate business needs for corporate POS system.
-Capitalize the use of a POS software package to increase the efficiency of day-to-day operations.
Aid senior executives with financial management, reports, policy and procedure, quality standards, and audit-ready documents.
